The method of this research is semi-experimental and pre-test-post-test with control group. The statistical population of this study was all couples referring to consultative centers in Bushehr city in 1397. The centers were randomly selected from each of the counseling centers and 40 were selected using the available sampling method in two experimental and control groups (20 experimental and 20 control groups). After doing this, the necessary coordination and sample selection were prepared for the experimental group and control group of the question and answer sheet and, with confidence of the confidentiality of the information, with a general explanation of the work and justification of the individuals to participate in this test and research, They were asked to cooperate fully with the researcher, and then 40 of them were distributed to the marital satisfaction questionnaire and sexual satisfaction questionnaire. After the pre-test, the interventional program was administered to an experimental group of 20 patients. In this study, eight stages of plan therapy intervention were held. The instruments used in this study were marital satisfaction and sexual satisfaction questionnaire. The results of this study showed that the treatment plan increased marital satisfaction and sexual satisfaction of the patients. هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین میزان اثربخشی طرح واره درمانی بر تعامل زناشویی و رضایت جنسی مراجعین به مراکز مشاوره خانواده بود. روش این پژوهش، نیمه آزمایشی و از نوع پیش آزمون - پس آزمون با گروه گواه است. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش کلیه زوجین مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره شهر بوشهر در سال 1397 بودند. از بین مراکز مشاوره یک مرکز بصورت تصادفی انتخاب و 40 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس در دو گروه آزمایشی و کنترل (در هر گروه 20 نفر گروه آزمایش و 20 نفر گروه کنترل) انتخاب شدند. بعد از انجام، هماهنگی های لازم و انتخاب نمونه به تعداد آزمودنی های گروه آزمایشی و گروه کنترل برگه سؤال و پاسخ نامه آماده گردید و با اطمینان از محرمانه بودن اطلاعات، با تشریح کلی کار و توجیه افراد جهت شرکت در این آزمون و تحقیق، از آنها خواسته شد که نهایت همکاری را با پژوهشگر داشته و سپس به تعداد آنها که 40 نفر بودند برگه سؤالات پیش آزمون تعامل زناشویی و رضایت جنسی توزیع گردید. پس از اتمام پیش آزمون مداخله طرح واره درمانی به گروه آزمایشی که شامل 20 نفر هستند داده شد. در این پژوهش طی هشت مرحله مداخله طرح واره درمانی برگزار شد. ابزارهای مورد استفاده در این پژوهش پرسشنامه تعامل زناشویی و رضایت جنسی بود. نتایج پژوهش نشان دادند که طرح واره درمانی موجب افزایش تعامل زناشویی و رضایت جنسی مراجعین شده بود. /downloadfilepdf/1109005
