The present study is an applied target and the method of data collection is descriptive survey. A field questionnaire has been used to collect information about the library method. According to the research goal and the subject of statistical society research, this research includes the employees of elementary school girls in Urmia, which is 3475 people. In this research, the population of the population was distributed through a cluster sampling method. The questionnaire was distributed among them. The validity of the questionnaires was used to determine the validity of the questionnaire. Also, to determine the reliability of the questionnaires, Cronbach\'s alpha coefficient was used and the coefficients indicated that the data gathering tool had a reliable reliability. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. SPSS software used one-sample t-test, as well as LISREL software (Structural Equation Modeling), which showed the results That time management improves employee productivity through the mediating effect of reducing staff stress in primary school girls in Urmia. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی وضعیت مدیریت زمان و تاثیر آن بر بهبود بهره وری کارکنان با تاکید بر متغیر میانجی کاهش استرس شغلی کارکنان مدارس ابتدایی دخترانه شهرستان ارومیه می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر از حیث هدف کاربردی می باشد و از نظر شیوه گردآوری اطلاعات از نوع توصیفی پیمایشی است. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات مربوط از روش کتابخانه ای میدانی و به صورت پرسشنامه استاندارد استفاده شده است. با توجه به هدف پژوهش و موضوع پژوهش جامعۀ آماری، این پژوهش شامل کارکنان مدارس ابتدایی دخترانه شهرستان ارومیه می باشد؛ که تعداد آنها 3475 نفر می باشد. در این پژوهش به دلیل پراکندگی جامعه آماری در سطح شهر از روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای نمونه آماری انتخاب شده و پرسشنامه بین آنها توزیع گردید. برای تعیین روایی پرسشنامه‌ها از روش روایی صوری استفاده گردیده است و همچنین برای تعیین پایایی پرسشنامه‌ها از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده و ضرایب نشان داد که ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات از پایایی لازم برخور دار می‌باشد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی استفاده شده و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار SPSS آزمون t تک نمونه ای و همچنین نرم افزار لیزرل (مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری) استفاده شد؛ که نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد که مدیریت زمان باعث بهبود بهره وری کارکنان از طریق تاثیر میانجی کاهش استرس شغلی کارکنان در مدارس ابتدایی دخترانه شهرستان ارومیه می شود. /downloadfilepdf/77192
