E-learning has transformed this field as a new paradigm. Given the great potential of this educational system and the huge volume of demand for education, and the inability of the current educational system to respond to it, there is no doubt about the importance of e-learning and the importance of e-learning. What is involved is the way and method of this training. Library As a subsystem of the educational system, they also have to go along with the changes and take action to provide new services that are tailored to the needs of the day. Therefore, the present study was designed to investigate the effect of e-learning on the scientific advancement of Noor-e-Noor students in Sar-e-Pul Zahab city. The method of this research is a type of experiment in which pre-test and post-test design with control group was used. The statistical population of the study consisted of all students of Payam-e-Noor University of Sar-e-Pol-e-Zahab University in 1397. The sample was selected by using available sampling method and 30 subjects in experimental and control groups (15 in the experimental group and 15 in the control group). The findings showed that e-learning is effective on the promotion of the science of light-emitting students. با ورود به عصر اطلاعات، نهاد آمـوزش از نخـستین نهادهـایی اسـت کـه دسـتخوش تغییرات اساسی شده. آموزش الکترونیکی به عنوان پارادیمی جدید، این حوزه را متحول ساخته است. با توجه به قابلیتهای بسیار بالای ایـن سیـستم آموزشـی و حجـم عظـیم تقاضـا بـرای آموزش، و ناتوانی نظام آموزشی کنونی در پاسخگویی بـه آن، در بـاب ضـرورت بـه کـارگیری و اهمیت آموزش الکترونیکی تردیدی وجود نـدارد .آنچـه مطـرح اسـت شـیوه و چگـونگی ایـن آموزش است.کتابخانه ها نیز به عنوان زیرسیستم نظام آموزشی، باید همگام بـا تغییـرات پـیش بروند و نسبت به ارائة خدمات جدید و متناسب با نیاز روز، اقدام نمایند. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر به بررسی تاثیر آموزش الکترونیک بر ارتقای علمی دانشجویان پیام نور شهر سرپل ذهاب پرداخته شد. روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع آزمایشی است که در آن از طرح پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه کنترل استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه پیام نور واحد سرپل ذهاب در سال 1397 بود. نمونه مورد نظر با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس، تعداد30 نفر در دو گروه آزمایشی و گواه (15 نفر گروه آزمایش و 15 نفر گروه گواه ) را در نظر گرفته شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که آموزش الکترونیک بر ارتقای علمی دانشجویان پیام نور موثر است. /downloadfilepdf/913293
